- Diffuser: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice to feel uplifted and inspired. - Inhalation: Add some drops on a piece of cardboard or cloth and store in your car or pocket to inhale the heavenly scent and calm nerves - Bath Soak: Combine a few drops with your preferred emulsifier and magnesium salt, and add to a warm bath. This will help uplift your pampering routine. - Foot Spa: This is also the oil of choice to cool the body by soaking the feet in a bowl of water and adding 3 drops of Heaven Scent. The peppermint will cool and calm whilst the other oils will quieten and sedate - a perfect thing to do after a hard day at work, particularly if you’ve been standing for lengthy periods. With a history dating back to ancient Egypt, the healing benefits of Cedarwood are vast. It is particularly popular for its protection against negativity and its ability to help soothe the body and mind. Ylang Ylang Essential Oil (Cananga odorata): Boasting a fragrant yet delicate aroma, Ylang Ylang is a great essential oil to help alleviate anxiety during moments of stress or overwhelm. It has a pleasant effect on mind, body and soul. Peppermint (Mentha piperita): An intensely fresh and minty oil with an uplifting scent. It is an invigorating fragrance that brings an energising element to our Heaven Scent Blend. Peppermint can help to relieve tension and pain as well as ease tired limbs during winter months.
