After the first use I noticed far less bloating. Normally I really suffer 2-3 days of abdominal cramps and back pain before my period but my period started before any of those symptoms arrived. The oil was thicker than I imagined it would be so I’m not sure if I was using too much. I used 1 full pump worth. Worked a treat though!
